Invited to visit Iran ,looking for new opportunities

      中国与伊朗的交往可追溯至公元前2世纪。西汉时期张骞派副使到安息（即今天的伊朗），打通了中国经此至罗马的商贸通道，即古丝绸之路。此后，中国与伊朗之间的往来连绵不断，这两个文明古国不断相互学习、交流和借鉴，共同为人类文明的进步作出了贡献。
The relation betweent China and Iran can be traced back to the 2nd century BC.  In xi han dynasty Zhang Qian dispatched vice envoy to Anxi (now Iran), made the business channel from the China to Rome through here, that was the ancient silk road.Since then, the two ancient civilizations were constantly learning, communication,exchanging from each other, they made contributions to the progress of human civilization together

      进入21世纪以来，中伊两国携手发展，相互支持，优势互补，共同致力于推动国家的繁荣和富强。中伊两国都有重振“丝绸之路”的共同愿景，同样肩负着共同的历史使命。今年1月，习近平主席对伊朗进行了成功的国事访问，将中伊关系推向新的历史高度，标志着中伊关系进入一个新的历史发展阶段。中伊确立全面战略伙伴关系，不仅符合两国共同利益，而且有利于维护地区及世界的和平、稳定与发展。如何传承“丝绸之路”精神并将其化为中伊友好合作的现实，努力推动“一带一路”建设，受到中伊双方共同关注。
Since the 21st century, China and Iran developed hand in hand, supported to each other,  complemented each other ‘s advantages , and committed themselves to promoting the country's prosperity and powerful.  both countries have the same vision and mission that is to revive the "silk road".In January of this year, the chairman Xi Jinping had the successful visit to Iran, which made china-iraq relations to a new historical height  a new stage .China and Iran established comprehensive strategic partnership, not only conformed to the common interests of the two countries, but also was conducive to maintaining regional and world peace, stability and development.How to inheritance "silk road" spirit into the reality of friendly cooperation, how to make efforts to promote the construction of "one road, one belt", that are concerned by the two countries.

      随着中国与伊朗友好关系日益发展，双边经贸合作也不断增强，两国贸易额1998年仅为12亿美元，2014年已增至518亿美元。
      目前，近百家中国公司活跃在中国与伊朗经贸合作的各个领域。伊朗高铁、油气、水电、化工、电信等领域的一大批建设工程都包含着中国人的智慧结晶。德黑兰地铁工程、奇瑞汽车园等中国与伊朗经贸合作的典范项目至今还被当地民众津津乐道。
As the Development of  China's friendly relations with Iran, bilateral economic and trade cooperation is also growing, bilateral trade volume in 1998 was just $1.2 billion, has been increased to $51.8 billion in 2014.
At present, nearly hundred Chinese company are active in the areas of China's economic and trade cooperation with Iran.Iran's express railway, oil and gas, water and electricity, chemical industry, telecommunications and other large number of construction projects were built by Chinese .Tehran metro engineering, chery automobile park are as model of China's economic and trade cooperation with Iran .

      在“一带一路”战略规划中，伊朗处在中转站位置，中国任何连接东亚至欧洲的公路、铁路、油气管道和通讯网络，都将使伊朗受益。近年来伊朗大力推行“向东看”政策，重点就是与中国进一步发展关系。从长期看，中国与伊朗经济合作空间十分巨大。中国现在原油对外依赖度将近60%，其中半数来自中东，而伊朗油气储量在世界名列前茅，是中国理想的合作伙伴。
      中国与伊朗两国领导人也对近年来双方经贸合作表示满意，认为经贸合作在双边关系中具有重要意义，并仍富有潜力。
In the strategy of “one road ,one belt”, Iran is a transfer station, the highway, railway, oil and gas pipelines,communications networks ,which connected China to east Asia and Europe will be benefit to Iran.Iran in recent years, vigorously promoted the "look to the east" policy, the key point is to further develop relations with China.In the long run, China's economic cooperation with Iran space is very large.China foreign dependence of crude oil now is nearly 60%, half of which come from the Middle East, and Iran's oil and gas reserves are among the best of the world, that is the ideal partner of China.The leaders of China and Iran are also satisfied with bilateral economic and trade cooperation in recent years, they think economic and trade cooperation are of great significance in the bilateral relationship, and are still full of potential.

      习近平主席去年9月在纽约会见鲁哈尼总统时强调，双方要对接两国发展战略。中方愿同伊方重点推动基础设施和互联互通项目，扩大在铁路、公路、钢铁、汽车制造、电力、工程机械、高新技术、环保等领域合作。要优先推进能源和金融合作。中方愿同伊方充分挖掘双方在能源领域互补优势，开展长期稳定的战略合作。
Last September,  chairman Xi Jinping  met President Rouhani in New York stressed that the two sides should joint development strategy .China is ready to work with the Iran   to promote infrastructure and connectivity project, expand cooperation in railway, highway, iron and steel, automobile manufacturing, electric power, engineering machinery, high and new technology, environmental protection, etc.To give priority to promote energy and financial cooperation.China is ready to work with the Iran to excavate the complementary advantages and develop long-term and stable strategic cooperation in energy field.

      当前，中国正处于经济转型的重要关头，“一带一路”倡议为中国经济转型提供了良好机遇，也为许多国家提供了与中国携手推动经济发展的重要契机。中国需要提升技术水平和经济质量，国内优势产能需要“走出去”。而随着西方逐步解除对伊朗的制裁，该国社会经济有望进入快速发展轨道，需要大量外来投资、技术支持和建设项目。这就为伊朗同中国的合作奠定了坚实基础。
At present, China is in the important position of economic transformation , "One Belt ,One Road"  provides a good opportunity for China's economic transformation, also provides  an important opportunity for many countries to cooperate with China to promote economic development.China needs to improve technology level and economic quality, advantage of domestic production capacity need to "go out".As the western countries gradually relieved sanctions on Iran, Iran's social and economic rapid development are expected to enter orbit, it needs a lot of foreign investment, technical support and construction projects.This is a solid foundation for the cooperation between Iran and China,

      在伊朗，中国提出的“一带一路”倡议得到普遍认同。伊朗经济学家雷拉兹表示，在伊核问题全面协议签署后，伊朗更需要与中国加强投资、贸易和科技合作关系。“一带一路”将拓宽中国与伊朗的合作领域，将两国合作提升到一个新高度。从长远来看，双方在高速铁路、天然气生产、输油管道建设等基础设施和资源开发领域具有巨大合作空间。
In Iran, China's propose of “one belt, one road ”get general approval.Iran’s economist Ray raz said, after signing the agreement on the Iranian nuclear issue, Iran needs to strengthen investment, trade and science and technology cooperation with China."one belt, one road " will broaden the fields of cooperation between China and Iran and will reach a new height.In the long run, the two sides in the construction of high-speed railways, gas production, pipeline infrastructure and resources development have great cooperation space.

      随着国际社会对于伊朗核制裁的进一步“松绑”，伊朗以更加积极的姿态融入国际社会，同时伴随中国加快推动落实“一带一路”倡议的背景下，中国和伊朗关系发展迎来了新契机，两国关系必将绽放出新的光彩。
As the international community  further loosing of Iran's nuclear sanctions, Iran could be into the international community with a more positive attitude, at the same time under the background of China’ implementation of the "one belt, one road”, the relationship between China and Iran has the new opportunity,they will blossom a new splendor.

      2016年8月7日中国投资协会海外投资联合会会长刘雄英女士及亚洲发展投资银行副行长孙宇博士、川开实业集团有限公司董事长简兴福、Antony Duckworth、Sam Tari Verdi等一行人员应伊朗石油部长及能源部长邀请，前往德黑兰考察参加高层会议。随后拜访了德黑兰市长穆罕默德先生、伊朗央行副行长Mehdi Goodarzi及伊朗经济金融部市场和投资管理部主管Morteza Bahrami Asad。并参观访问了伊朗国家油轮公司、伊朗国家博物馆、伊朗国家石化公司。
On August 7, 2016,overseas investment unionof  the China investment association chairman Ms Liu xiong-ying, vice President Dr Sun Yu from Asian development and investment bank, sichuan industrial group co., LTD.chairman JianXingFu, Antony Duckworth, Sam Tari Verdi,visited Tehran to participate in the high-level meetings on the invitation of Iran's minister of oil and energy department .Then visited Tehran mayor Mr Mohammed, Iran's central bank deputy governor Mehdi Goodarzi andMorteza movahedi Asad, the head of Iran's economy finance market and investment management division .And visit the national Iranian tanker company, Iran's national museum, Iran's national petrochemical company.

      双方为加快推动落实“一带一路”发展，响应习主席传承“丝绸之路”精神并将其化为中伊友好合作现实的号召，签署多个合作项目同时邀请伊朗各界代表考察团前往中国进行商务合作访问及项目推荐。海合会作为中国企业走向海外投资、引进高新技术的推动者将积极为中伊双方搭建起科技与经济深度融合、共享新经济的公共服务平台。
 To promote the implementation of the "one belt,one road" and the response of inheritance "silk road" spirit, the two sides signed several cooperation agreements at the same time invite the delegation from Iran to China for business.The overseas investment union as pusher to help Chinese enterprises do overseas investment and  introduce new and high technology into China, it  will actively set up the public service platform for fusing and sharing technology  and economy
